For years, Haslams Estate Agents had been meticulously collecting weekly data on houses, flats, and development land across Reading. We developed the New Homes Database—a responsive dashboard that liberated their data from static cells and transformed it into dynamic, visual insights accessible across desktop, tablet, and phone. The platform enables users to generate custom reports based on specific selection criteria, save frequently used queries, and produce range reporting to identify trends and opportunities.

By incorporating Google Maps integration, we added geographical context to the numerical data, allowing Haslams to show patterns and hotspots visually. This spatial dimension brought the figures to life, making complicated market analysis instantly understandable to development partners.
